Costs, promotions, and payment methods

How do the 20% and 25% discounts apply to my purchase?

20% is automatically applied when you purchase 2 Xcaret parks. 25% is automatically applied when you purchase 3 or more Xcaret parks.

Can I pay with another person's credit card even though the person does not visit?

Yes, you can purchase with another person's card, only if you can present legible copies of both sides of the cardholder's official photo id, along with both sides of the signed credit card used for payment.

Reservations, changes, and cancellations

Do I have to reserve on a specific date?

Yes, you must select a specific date to visit each park. If you have any questions, please check our cancellation policy.

I made my purchase online, when do I receive my tickets?

Once your purchase is approved, print your confirmation page and keep for your records. You will receive an email confirmation that you will bring with you on the day of your visit.

Can I change my admission for another park or tour?

Park admissions and tours are not exchangeable for other products.

Can I transfer my ticket to another person?

Unfortunately, tickets for any of our attractions are nontransferable.

What happens if for some reason I can't print the receipt?

Please contact us at info@vivacancun.us, we will be happy to resend a copy to your preferred email.

What happens if it rains?

Most parks do not close unless there is a hurricane warning. If there is heavy rain scheduled for the day of your visit, you must reschedule 24 hours in advance. Your voucher will be valid for 1 year with the bad weather guarantee. Please note that changes on the same day of your visit are not allowed.

What happens if I don't bring the credit card used for the payment with me?

It's mandatory to show the signed credit card used for payment (or legible copy of both sides); otherwise, you will not have access to the park and you could lose your purchase.
